Coaching Credentials
Many colleagues engaged in coaching have requested a process to formally recognize their TDIMA coaching knowledge, abilities, skills and experience that would could be included in their professional resume or CV.
Consistent with TDIMA vision to develop new knowledge, research, measure and evaluate coaching activities specific to health care improvement, the creation of Credentials for Coaching will meet individual desires for formal recognition of coaching capabilities while building a TDIMA coaching registry to list those with coaching skills and draw from the credentialing applications to contribute to the body of knowledge of coaching health care improvement.
Once the Coaching e-Portfolio is submitted, The Dartmouth Institute Microsystem Academy will award credentials to the coach based on their level of completion. Review will occur every three years through a web based electronic module and updating of resume/CV.
TDIMA has recently award coaching credentials to 21 students, who hailed from around the U.S. and Sweden. Credentials are issued twice a year and must be renewed every three years from date of issue. See the list of individuals who recently received credentials.
Benefits of Credentialing

- 10% discount to annual “Coaching Retreat & Reunion”
